Residential: Senior Citizen Billing Program

CPS Energy’s Senior Citizen Billing Program allows customers additional time to pay the net amount of their utility bill. Customers who qualify for this program are allowed 26 days, instead of the normal 16 days, to pay their monthly bill.  To qualify for the program, the person whose name appears on the CPS Energy account must be at least 60 years of age, and the program is only applicable to the customer’s principal residence.

By submission of this application, I hereby authorize CPS Energy to release all enclosed application information to other non-profit agencies and/or government entities (e.g. Bexar County, City of San Antonio etc) offering programs for the benefit of the resident or the home. (e.g., thermostat, minor repairs, energy and water efficiency, generation, conservation or community support services).
