What is the Affordability Discount Program (ADP)?

CPS Energy’s Affordability Discount Program (ADP) helps low-income customers with a monthly discount on electricity and gas services.

We're always ready to help you, and we have a variety of plans to assist you with your bill. For example, if you’re a residential customer, you may qualify for a discount on your monthly service charge.

How do I qualify for ADP?

Is your income at or below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines? If so, you may qualify for a discount on your monthly energy bill.

  • Be 60 years old or older.
  • Have a disability.
  • Use life-sustaining medical equipment.
  • Have pre-school aged children or school children age 18 and under.
